Blender W.I.P. Game

Hello people!

Me and my friend Josip Kladarić represents a game that is currently work in progress.
Before you see pictures of some buildings, and even the characters who will be in this game.

This is a map of the village. Empty for now.

We have yet to fix a lot of things to our project was better and more successful.
All our progress can be found on this blog or the blog of Josip Kladarić.

Hi again, we're given a little effort and we created a special blog for the game.
You now can find our progress on this blog.

High poly to Low poly "Mushrooms"

Hi people, today I modeled a little so I made a low poly one of the objects that had previously made in ZBrush friend Josip Kladarić.

Because it is now midnight, I have not made a texture for an object so I'll do it tomorrow.
______________________________________________________________

Hello, tomorrow has come.
I promised and I made a mushroom to the end. With the necessary texture.

Building - Church

Before that week I did a tutorial for this building.
The building is now complete visually, but the inside is empty.
No benches, altars and other things.

High poly to Low poly "Wolf"

Today, I modeled a little. So I made one low poly character in Blender, which was previously my friend
Josip Kladarić made in Zbrush high poly.

Wolf: High poly version, low poly (wire) and low poly with textures - color, normal and specular maps.

Tutorial – Church part 2

Tutorial – How to make the building

Modeling – inside

The First step:

Copy the walls of the building. (red colored).

When we copy it to the wall subtract any other layer.

Now select both layers and both walls.

Press /. Now you can see on the screen only 2 selected objects.

Select the object with the second layer and enter the edit mode.

Now, every move wall the interior wall to get enough space between the outer and inner wall for cca 0,3.

See the space between the walls, as planned.

Second step:

Now select only the 2nd layer.

On the green wall can now work details and other things.

I do church so I will adjust to such detail.

To start I will copy the doors and put them in the sacristy.

I immediately copied once so he could move and make the appropriate space. cca 0.3.

If you see a hard inside you is the easiest way then press CTRL + B and select the region that will be displayed.

You can always change the look of the door.

If we need input from outside and in the sacristy, and there can make a door.

I've now made another door to the sacristy,

but I have to do the same on the outside wall normally does not pass.

It will easily do it by copying the door with a green wall with the button P make him a new object. then that object switch to 1 layer with CTRL + J join the object and the red wall.

Note: first select the object and then the red wall.

When you join now delete the face of the sacristy.

Adjust the door so that the appropriate hole in the wall to connect them with other vertex.

Now we can make some details about the floor.

Staircase or increase the altar.

Staircase can be made so that the edges can choose where we put the stairs and divided them into 2 acts option subdivide.

When we split into 2 parts can choose the part that we need a set and extrude it upwards.

Now leave a little imagination and willingness to make something like this.

If you make a curved roof over the altar, we can do it this way.

Copy the roof of the church and it's design as desired.

Then add a ball around the vertex as many volunteers as there are that part of the roof that are copied.

Now shape the ball so that is approximately equal to the surface of the pieces of the roof.

Now this place the ball half the church that fits us, and connect vertexs.

Third step:

Now they could only put the windows and the inner side of the window from the outside to be realistic.

Can copy all the windows on the outside of the church. (Alt + D).

I move all the windows on the 2nd layer.

Now shifting all the windows on the inside.

Now we can release the door of the church.

In the next tutorial make the gate, the altar, the church benches and other things.

The End

Tutorial – Church

Tutorial – How to make the building

Modeling

The first step:

Add a cube, and use the Extrude the shape of the building

layout. Of course lengths are equal to actual size.

This is one of the forms:

Second step:

Extrude cube in Z-axis so that the division into 2-3 divisions.

Will be able to make form building.

Third step:

To get the shape you want now with the option to move G, vertex may be moved to buildings look better. You can always change the look of the building.

Now you have the look of the building. Now you can get out of edit mode.

Fourth step:

Make the details. Edge of the building can not remain empty so we can make some decoration. Making decorations can start from a cube.

Fifth step:

You can still make a lot of detail such as windows, doors of the buildings, etc.

If you think making the interior of the building then you have the windows and doors to make holes in the house which only made in steps 1 to 3. Making holes is the easiest to add a new object such as a cube and make a format that should be, for example a window or door.

When we made the shape of the door, go into object mode and choose the first object that you just created and then building. Now click the first (key W), then select a union.

Choose the building you now get. Delete the unnecessary vertex.

You should get something like this:

Repeat this procedure for the windows if necessary.

You can now create door and windows frames.

Sixth step:

Now we can make a base for the roof.

Base of the roof can make the cube. Cube can be divided into several parts. In order to shape the base to the roof, and looks nicer.

Divide is the best option Loop Cut (Crtl+R).

When the division. Vertex shifting to suit us best.

One option is this, may be it is yours different and better.

When we finished the roof base,'s time for the next step.

Seventh step:

The easiest way is to start form the base for the roof make the roof.

This will can do so that can take the base of the roof, and is used as one half of the roof.

Now copy the half and put it on the other side.

Makes an appearance and that was it.

Now, when I made the roof of the tower's time for other roofs.

Now we can make the roof of the church so that we proceed from the roof of the tower. Take care and Delete all sites except one.

This site is now reshaping the surface that covers the entire base of the roof.

When we do this and set the copy side of the roof and move it to another.

Now we can make the last part of the roof.

For the end you can make a cross on top of the tower.

For now, let the doors be closed.

In the second tutorial I will make them open.

In the Third tutorial I will make textures.
